Baxter Spring Festival

The festival is on Saturday, March 15 from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM with 125 vendors, artisans, food and beverages, live entertainment, and more. The parade starts at 5:00 PM featuring more than 100 entries, including bands, bagpipers, Irish Dancing groups, several Shriner's units, clowns, classic cars, decorated floats, and golf carts.
